Yoga for fertility is all about practicing healthy ways to cope with the stress of trying to conceive. We want so badly to do anything we possibly can to get pregnant, to make the process work, that we often cause ourselves unnecessary stress by hyper-focusing on things that are out of our control. Yoga is one positive thing you can do to keep your body and mind healthy, manage stress, and turn your focus inward.
These sessions will include mindfulness meditation (fertility-focused meditation if desired!), restorative poses, and gentle yoga asanas that increase circulation and energy to the reproductive area. Calm body and mind with this much needed deep self-care practice to ward off the stress of trying to conceive.
