I believe wholeheartedly in the mind-body connection, and love to incorporate mindfulness into my practice whenever possible. Yoga is a wonderful tool to practice mindfulness, being present, and self-care.
Exercise is an important part of wellness, and is a common obstacle for many people. I encourage my clients to focus less on “working out” and more on “moving your body”. Yoga is a safe and accessible way to move your body, while helping to relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.
