Self-care is a buzzword for a good reason — it is incredibly important! As moms we are responsible for nurturing our children, our families, our friends, our work…often ourSELVES are left out of the equation. Yoga is an excellent form of self-care and a safe way to move your body postpartum.
In postnatal yoga sessions we will focus on mindfulness meditation, connecting to the breath, and syncing breath to movement. An excellent combination of relaxation, building strength and flexibility, and reconnecting to your self. Ease symptoms of stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and depression, while practicing mindfulness and living in the present. Fill up your cup, mama.
